رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، " أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُوَرِّثُ الْغَرْقَى وَالْهَدْمَى وَالْقَتْلَى الَّذِينَ لَا يُعْلَمُ أَيُّهُمْ مَاتَ أَوَّلًا بَعْضُهُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ ، وَلَا يُوَرِّثُ أَحَدًا مِنْهُمْ مَا وَرَّثَ مِنْهُ صَاحِبَهُ شَيْئًا " .
