رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، " أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَسْتَتِيبُ الْمُرْتَدَّ ثَلَاثًا ، فَإِنْ تَابَ ، وَإِلَّا قَتَلَهُ ، وَقَسَّمَ مِيرَاثَهُ بَيْنَ وَرَثَتِهِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ " .
