رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا ضَرَبَ لِسَانَ رَجُلٍ فَصَارَ بَعْضُ كَلَامُهُ يَبِينُ ، وَبَعْضُهُ لَا يَبِينُ " فَقَضَى عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الدِّيَةِ بِحِسَابِ مَا اسْتَعْجَمَ مِنْ حُرُوفِ الْهِجَاءِ " .
