رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، قَالَ : " الْإِيلَاءُ هُوَ الْقَسَمُ ، وَهُوَ الْحَلِفُ ، وَإِذَا حَلَفَ الرَّجُلُ لَا يَقْرَبُ امْرَأَتَهُ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ ، أَوْ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ مُولٍ ، وَإِنْ كَانَ دُونَ الْأَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ فَلَيْسَ بِمُولٍ " .
