رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، " أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَتَعَرَّضْ لِمَا فِي دُورِ أَهْلِ الْبَصْرَةِ إِلَّا مَا كَانَ مِنْ خَرَاجِ بَيْتِ مَالِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ " .
