رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ خَرَقَ ثَوْبًا لِغَيْرِهِ ، أَوْ أَكَلَ طَعَامًا لِغَيْرِهِ ، أَوْ كَسَرَ عُودًا لِغَيْرِهِ ضَمِنَ ، وَمَنِ اسْتَعَانَ مَمْلُوكًا لِغَيْرِهِ ضَمِنَ ، وَمَنْ رَكِبَ دَابَّةَ غَيْرِهِ ضَمِنَ " .
