رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا زَوَّجَ الرَّجُلُ ابْنَتَهُ وَهِيَ صَغِيرَةٌ ، ثُمَّ بَلَغَتْ ، تَمَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهَا وَلَيْسَ لَهَا أَنْ تَأْبَى ، وَإِنْ كَانَتْ كَبِيرَةً فَكَرِهَتْ ، لَمْ يَلْزَمْهَا النِّكَاحُ " .
