رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ فِي رَجُلٍ مَاتَ ، وَخَلَّفَ ابْنَيْنِ أَحَدُهُمَا حُرٌّ ، وَالْآخَرُ عُتِقَ نِصْفُهُ ، قَالَ : " الْمَالُ بَيْنَهُمَا أَثْلَاثًا لِلَّذِي عُتِقَ كُلُّهُ ، ثُلُثَا الْمَالِ ، وَلِلَّذِي عُتِقَ نِصْفُهُ ثُلُثُ الْمَالِ " .
