رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، " أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِي رَجُلٍ : فِي يَدِهِ دَابَّةٌ شَهِدَ لَهُ عَلَيْهَا شَاهِدَانِ أَنَّهَا دَابَّتُهُ نَتَجَتْ عِنْدَهُ وَأَقَامَ رَجُلٌ شَاهِدَيْنِ أَنَّهَا دَابَّتُهُ ، وَلَمْ يَشْهَدْ شَاهِدَاهُ أَنَّهَا نَتَجَتْ عِنْدَهُ فَقَضَى أَنَّ النَّاتِجَ أَوْلَى مِنَ الْعَارِفِ " .
