, فِي قَوْلِهِ جَلَّ وَعَزَّ : " وَتَزَوَّدُوا فَإِنَّ خَيْرَ الزَّادِ التَّقْوَى سورة البقرة آية 197 , قَالَ : السَّوِيقُ وَالدَّقِيقُ وَالْكَعْكُ " .
