, فِي قَوْلِهِ : " ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ سورة الروم آية 41 , قَالَ : فِي الْبَرِّ قَتْلُ ابْنِ آدَمَ , وَفِي الْبَحْرِ أَخْذُ السَّفِينَةِ غَصْبًا " .
