: " وَمَنْ لَمْ يَحْكُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ سورة المائدة آية 47 , قَالَ : نَزَلَتْ فِي بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ ، وَرُضِيَ بِهَا لِهَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ " .
