، فِي قَوْلِهِ جَلَّ وَعَزّ : " وَلا تُلْقُوا بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى التَّهْلُكَةِ سورة البقرة آية 195 , قَالَ : أَلَّا تُنْفِقَ " .
