, فِي قَوْلِ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَزَّ : " فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ سورة النساء آية 59 , قَالَ : كِتَابُ اللَّهِ وَسُنَّةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " .
