، قَالَ : " إِذَا دَخَلَ الْقَاتِلُ الْحَرَمَ ، لَمْ يُجَالَسْ ، وَلَمْ يُبَايَعْ ، وَلَمْ يُؤْوَ ، وَيَأْتِيهِ الَّذِي يَطْلُبُهُ ، فَيَقُولُ : يَا فُلانُ اتَّقِ اللَّهَ فِي دَمِ فُلانٍ ، وَاخْرُجْ مِنَ الْمَحَارِمِ ، فَإِذَا خَرَجَ أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ " .
