" إِنَّ لِكُلِّ زَمَانٍ مَلِكًا يَبْعَثُهُ اللَّهُ عَلَى نَحْوِ قُلُوبِ أَهْلِهِ ، فَإِذَا أَرَادَ إِصْلاحَهُمْ بَعَثَ إِلَيْهِمْ مُصْلِحًا ، وَإِذَا أَرَادَ هَلَكَتَهُمْ بَعَثَ فِيهِمْ مُتْرَفِيهِمْ " .
