" مَنْ حَضَرَهُ الْمَوْتُ فَوَضَعَ وَصِيَّتَهُ عَلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ كَانَ ذَلِكَ كَفَّارَةٌ لِمَا ضَيَّعَ مِنْ زَكَاتِهِ فِي حَيَاتِهِ " . فِيهِ يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ لَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ , لا يَصِحُّ .
