" لا تُنْكَحُ النِّسَاءُ إِلا الأَكْفَاءَ ، وَلا يُزَوِّجُهُنَّ إِلا الأَوْلِيَاءُ وَلا مَهْرَ دُونَ عَشْرَةِ دَرَاهِمَ " . بَاطِلٌ لا أَصْلَ لَهُ .
