وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الصَّلْتُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ، يَتَمَثَّلُ كَثِيرًا هَذَا الْبَيْتَ : " وَمُؤَمِّلٍ وَالْمَوْتُ دُونَ رَجَائِهِ وَمُحَاذِرٍ أَكْفَانُهُ لَمْ تُغْزَلِ " .
