الْبَصْرَةَ ، قَالَ لَهُمْ فِيمَا يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ بَعَثَنِي إِلَيْكُمْ , لأُعَلِّمَكُمْ سُنَنَكُمْ , وَأُنَظِّفَ لَكُمْ طُرُقَكُمْ " .
