حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ , فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى : قَسَمٌ لِذِي حِجْرٍ سورة الفجر آية 5 ، قَالَ : " لِذِي لُبٍّ ، لِذِي عَقْلٍ " .
