أنا عَلِيٌّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ الْحُسَيْنِ ، يَقُولُ : " لا طَلاقَ إِلا بَعْدَ نِكَاحٍ " .
