حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ ، أنا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، يَقُولُ : " لا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ النِّسَاءِ فِي الْحُدُودِ ، وَالطَّلاقُ أَشَدُّ مِنَ الْحُدُودِ " .
