وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ، وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ ، قَالَ : " مَنِ ادَّعَى قَضَائِي فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يُبَيِّنَهُ الْحَقُّ أَحَقُّ مِنْ قَضَائِي ، الْحَقُّ أَحَقُّ مِنْ يَمِينٍ فَاجِرَةٍ " .
