حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ ، أنا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : " لا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ الْحُرَّةَ عَلَى الأَمَةِ ، وَلا يَتَزَوَّجُ الأَمَةَ عَلَى الْحُرَّةِ " .
