، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ الرَّجُلُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ فِي الصَّدَاقِ ، فَالْقَوْلُ قَوْلُ الزَّوْجِ مَعَ يَمِينِهِ ، وَالْبَيِّنَةُ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ " .
