بِنَا الْجُمُعَةَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ سَلَّمَ ، فَلَمَّا قَامَ أَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا ، فَقَالَ : " عِبَادَ اللَّهِ , أَتِمُّوا الصَّلاةَ ، ثُمَّ دَخَلَ " ، قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ : إِنَّمَا طَلَبَ مِنْ هَذَا كَلامَهُ بَعْدَ الصَّلاةِ .
