حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ ، أنا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : " لا يُقْضَى الْحَجُّ وَلا الصِّيَامُ ، يَعْنِي عَنِ الْمَيِّتِ " ، قَالَ : وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ : " يُقْضَى الْحَجُّ وَالصِّيَامُ " .
