، أَنَّ رَجُلا زُحِمَ عِنْدَ الْبَيْتِ فَمَاتَ ، فَاسْتَشَارَ عُمَرُ النَّاسَ ، فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ : " اجْعَلْ دِيَتَهُ عَلَى بَيْتِ الْمَالِ " ، فَفَعَلَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرُ .
