حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ ، أنا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ : كَانَ شُرَيْحٌ ، يَقُولُ : " الرَّهْنُ بِمَا فِيهِ " ، قَالَ شُعْبَةُ : فَقُلْتُ لِلْحَكَمِ : إِنْ كَانَ أَكْثَرَ أَوْ أَقَلَّ ؟ قَالَ : نَعَمْ .
