حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ ، أنا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : " لا يُضْمَنُ الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ " ، وَكَانَ الْحَكَمُ ، يَقُولُ : يُضْمَنُ .
