، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : " لا يَكُونُ رَهْنًا إِلا مَقْبُوضًا ، ثُمَّ قَرَأَ : فَرِهَانٌ مَقْبُوضَةٌ سورة البقرة آية 283 ، يَقْبِضُهُ الَّذِي لَهُ الْحَقُّ " .
