، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ سَوَّارٍ ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ ، أَوِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ ، فِي رَجُلٍ أَذِنَ لِعَبْدِهِ فِي التِّجَارَةِ فَيَبِيعُهُ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ ، قَالَ : " دَيْنُهُ عَلَى مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ فِي الْبَيْعِ ، وَأَكَلَ ثَمَنَهُ " .
