حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ ، أنا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا آلَى مِنَ امْرَأَتِهِ فَأَشْهَدَ ، وَكَانَ لَهُ عُذْرٌ ، فَهِيَ امْرَأَتُهُ " .
