قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ : وَأَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ , " أَنّ رَجُلا أَعْتَقَ ثُلُثَ رَقِيقِهِ فَأَقْرَعَ بَيْنَهُمْ أَبَانُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ " .
