رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ ، قَالَ : " ظَاهِرُ الْقُرْآنِ يَدُلُّ عَلَى أَنَّ كُلَّ مَاءٍ طهارة ، مَاءِ بَحْرٍ وَغَيْرِهِ " ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ من حَدِيثٌ يُوَافِقُ ظَاهِرَ الْقُرْآنِ فِي إِسْنَادِهِ مَنْ لا أَعْرِفُهُ " .
