لَنَا يَرْفَعُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ " نَهَى عَنْ تَرْبِيعِ الْقُبُورِ , وَتَجْصِيصِهَا " . قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ : وَبِهِ نَأْخُذُ ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَبِي حَنِيفَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ .
