، قَالَ : " كَانَ عَلَى عَرْشِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْلُقَ شَيْئًا ، ثُمَّ خَلَقَ الْقَلَمَ , فَكَتَبَ مَا هُوَ كَائِنٌ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
