حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُبَارَكٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يُعْطِي فِي الْمُزَاحَفَةِ , وَرُكُوبِ الْبَحْرِ , وَالطَّاعُونِ , وَالْحَامِلِ , قَالَ : " مَا أَعْطَوْا فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ , لَا يَكُونُ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ " .
