حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، فِي الرَّجُلِ يَمُوتُ وَيُوصِي أَنْ يُحَجَّ عَنْهُ أَوْ يُتَصَدَّقَ عَنْهُ كَفَّارَةُ رَمَضَانَ أَوْ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ , قَالَ : " مِنْ الثُّلُثِ " .
