حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، فِي امْرَأَةٍ تُوُفِّيَتْ وَتَرَكَتْ مَوْلَاهَا , قَالَ : " هُوَ مَوْلَاهَا إِذَا مَاتَ يَرِثُهُ مَنْ يَرِثُهَا مِنْ الذُّكُورِ " .
