، فِي قَوْلِهِ : وَإِذَا وَقَعَ الْقَوْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَخْرَجْنَا لَهُمْ دَابَّةً مِنَ الأَرْضِ تُكَلِّمُهُمْ سورة النمل آية 82 قَالَ : " حِينَ لَا يَأْمُرُونَ بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَلَا يَنْهَوْنَ عَنْ مُنْكَرٍ " .
