، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ : " مَنْ لَقِيَ مِنْكُمْ أَحَدًا مِنْ بَنِي هَاشِمٍ فَلَا يَقْتُلْهُ ، فَإِنَّهُمْ أُخْرِجُوا كُرْهًا " .
