حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا مَاتَ الْمَيِّتُ يُرَدُّ الْمِيرَاثُ لِأَهْلِهِ " .
