حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إبْرَاهِيمَ ، وَ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالا : " إذَا كَانَتِ الْأَمَةُ تَحْتَ الْحُرِّ فَاشْتَرَاهَا بَطَلَ النِّكَاحُ , وَتَكُونُ جَارِيَةً لَهُ يَطَؤُهَا إنْ شَاءَ " .
