فِي رَجُلَيْنِ وَطِئَا امْرَأَةً فِي طُهْرٍ وَاحِدٍ , فَوَلَدَتْ , فَقَضَى أَنْ " جَعَلَهُ بَيْنَهُمَا , يَرِثُهُمَا وَيَرِثَانِهِ , وَهُوَ لِآخِرِهِمَا حَيَاةً " ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَضَى عُمَرُ فِيهِ بِقَوْلِ الْقَافَةِ " .
