حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا كَانَ نَسَبًا مَعْرُوفًا مَوْصُولًا وَرِثَ , يَعْنِي : الْحَمِيلَ " .
