حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ آدَمَ ، عَنْ زُهَيْرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ : " أَنَّ عُمَرَ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ فَرَضَ الْأُعْطِيَةَ " .
