حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، فِي الرَّجُلِ إِذَا أَوْصَى بِثُلُثِ مَالِهِ وَقُتِلَ خَطَأً , قَالَ : " يَدْخُلُ ثُلُثُ الدِّيَةِ فِي ثُلُثِ مَالِهِ " .
