حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، فِي رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ جَدَّهُ وَأَخَاهُ ، قَالَ : " الْوَلَاءُ لِلْجَدِّ لِأَنَّهُ يُنْسَبُ إِلَى الْجَدِّ وَلَا يُنْسَبُ إِلَى الْأَخِ " .
